Is it possible to receive a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

Due to your satisfaction with the free version, you upgraded to a premium account, we regret to inform you that refunds for the premium subscription are not available once payment has been made.

If I make two purchases, can I get a refund?

Certainly! If you happen to purchase the same plan twice, we will gladly refund one of your two purchases. Unfortunately, the refund policy does not apply to the Basic Monthly Package.

Am I eligible for a refund if I make a purchase during the sale?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the item that was purchased at a discounted price. If you wish, we can cancel the automatic renewal for your subscription.

Refund for a recurring payment.

When completing a transaction, you can choose between Manual or Automatic renewal during checkout. If you opt for automatic renewal, your subscription will be charged once more following the end date of your plan. Once the processing is complete, the renewal fee is non-refundable. However, if you want, we have the option to cancel the automatic renewal.

If our Premium tools experience any malfunction, am I eligible for a refund?

In our Premium Tools, errors are a rare occurrence. If this happens, we won't be able to refund you according to our policy because we will enhance the tool and it will work more efficiently compared to its previous state. If, for any reason, your search queries are consumed and the tool didn’t showed any results, we would gladly return queries to your account if the service is inaccessible for more than 24 hours.
